Authorization to submit documents
By checking the authorization box and submitting documents, you represent that you have authority to provide and process the material for this analysis. This may include authority arising from the client, your professional role, a court order, or another lawful basis applicable to the matter.
Confidential and sensitive information
Disclosure Packet packets and their attachments may contain confidential financial, employment, tax, banking, business, family, and personally identifying information. You are responsible for determining whether submitting the material is permitted by applicable law, professional duties, protective orders, client instructions, and your organization's policies.
How uploaded documents are used
Uploaded Disclosure Packet forms and supporting records are treated as sensitive case materials and are used only to perform the analysis requested by the user. DisclosureChex does not sell uploaded case documents and does not use uploaded documents, extracted financial information, client identities, or report contents for advertising, marketing, testimonials, or promotional examples.
Temporary analysis files are stored in server folders that are not directly web-accessible. They remain in private temporary storage for up to one hour after upload, allowing you to view the supporting package while reviewing the report. Incomplete analyses have the same one-hour recovery window. An automated server cleanup task runs every five minutes and removes files whose recovery window has expired, so an unfinished file may remain only until the next scheduled cleanup after the one-hour mark. Operational logs are designed not to contain uploaded document contents or report text. Users should still upload only information they are authorized to process.
AI processing
DisclosureChex uses an artificial-intelligence service to analyze submitted documents and generate the report. Do not submit material that you are not permitted to provide for electronic or AI-assisted processing.
Not legal advice
DisclosureChex is an analytical review tool. Its output is not legal advice, is not a substitute for attorney judgment, and should not be treated as a verified statement of fact. Source documents, calculations, findings, and page references should be independently reviewed before they are relied upon. DisclosureChex does not guarantee that every inconsistency, omission, error, or issue in a filing or supporting document will be identified.
No guarantee of completeness or accuracy
Automated analysis can miss information, misunderstand documents, or produce incorrect conclusions. The user remains responsible for reviewing the original documents and deciding how, or whether, to use the report.
Protective orders and third-party restrictions
If documents are subject to a sealing order, protective order, confidentiality agreement, statutory restriction, or other limitation on disclosure or processing, confirm that the proposed use is permitted before uploading them.
Site activity and security logging
DisclosureChex may record limited technical and usage information such as access time, an anonymous session identifier, IP address, page or feature used, browser/user-agent information, and operational events such as starting an analysis, viewing a preview, applying a promotion, unlocking or printing a report, requesting a refund, or encountering an error. These logs are used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, service improvement, and basic usage measurement. Activity logs are not intended to store uploaded document contents, extracted financial figures, or report text.
User feedback
If you choose to send feedback through the site, DisclosureChex may store the feedback text and any optional name, attribution, or reply email you provide, together with limited technical information used for spam prevention and troubleshooting. Do not include confidential Disclosure Packet information or sensitive financial information in feedback.
Extended Feedback Program
DisclosureChex may offer attorneys and legal professionals two complimentary full reports through the Extended Feedback Program. The first complimentary report is made available after the participant verifies a deliverable email address. Completing the required candid feedback form for report #1 automatically makes report #2 available; no additional feedback is required after report #2. Feedback may be positive or negative, permission to quote it is optional, and complimentary access is not conditioned on favorable comments. DisclosureChex may apply reasonable anti-abuse controls to limit duplicate participation, including rejecting disposable or obvious alias email addresses and using browser/network signals.
Permission to quote or publish feedback is optional and separate from participation in the program. If a participant affirmatively permits promotional use, that permission applies only to the feedback submitted through the feedback form. It does not authorize DisclosureChex to publish uploaded case documents, client identities, financial information, or report contents. If DisclosureChex publishes feedback obtained through a complimentary report, the promotional material should disclose that the reviewer received complimentary access.
To administer the program, DisclosureChex may store the participant's verified email address, optional name, report-use and approval history, submitted feedback linkage, and limited technical information such as IP address and browser/user-agent information. This information is used to manage eligibility, prevent abuse, deliver secure access links, and determine whether another complimentary report may be authorized.
Satisfaction refunds and abuse prevention
If you are not satisfied with a paid DisclosureChex report, you may receive a full refund of the amount you paid. Satisfaction refunds are limited to one per customer. To prevent duplicate or abusive refund claims, DisclosureChex may use available billing or payment information and IP, network, or similar technical information to help determine whether a satisfaction refund has previously been issued to the same customer.
